"I ordered from kosherwine.com and had a question..."
I ordered from kosherwine.com and had a question about my delivery, so I sent customer service an email thinking it would be a quick fix. Instead, it took a couple of days to get a reply, and by then I was already starting to worry a bit.
The response I finally got was really short and didn’t completely answer my question, which made me feel like I had to chase them for help. I’m always a little nervous with online orders because I don’t want to feel like I’m being fooled or ignored after I’ve already paid.

The wine did show up and it was fine, so no issue there. But the support experience left me a little uneasy, and it makes me hesitant to order from them again anytime soon.

I had a good experience ordering from kosherwine.com. "I ordered this for the holiday…"
I ordered this for the holiday and it showed up later than I was hoping, which was stressful at the time. Customer service did get back to me, so I can’t say they ignored me, but the replies felt a little slow when I was already worried about the order. The wine itself was totally fine and everyone enjoyed it, so in the end it worked out, but I also wouldn’t say the process was exactly smooth

"Decent, but didn’t leave much of an impression"
The wine was fine overall, just not something I’d probably go out of my way to buy again. I kept waiting for some little note or finish to stand out, but it was middle-of-the-road from the first sip to the last. Even the smell was kind of mild, and I noticed it didn’t really change much in the glass after sitting for a bit. Not bad at all, just nothing memorable

"Easy Wine Gift That Arrived Right on Time"
I ordered a wine gift for my cousin from kosherwine.com, and the whole thing was really easy. The checkout took just a few minutes, and I was able to track the package without any trouble. I was hoping it would get there before Shabbos, and thankfully it did. My cousin told me it was packed really well too, which was nice to hear. "Availability was a letdown"
I tried ordering a few bottles from kosherwine.com, but the selection felt a lot more limited than other wine sites I’ve used. Almost everything I clicked on ended up being out of stock, even though some of it still showed up in search, which got annoying. I’d add something to my cart, realize it wasn’t actually available, then have to go back and remove it. Maybe I just happened to check at a bad time, but compared to smoother shopping experiences elsewhere, the stock issues made it frustrating.

"Wine showed up way too late"
I ordered a few bottles for a weekend dinner we were having, nothing fancy, just some pasta and a couple friends coming over, and the wine ended up arriving almost a full week late. The tracking barely changed for days, and I had to reach out twice just to get any kind of update. The bottles themselves might be totally fine, but by the time they got here, the dinner had already come and gone, so the whole thing was frustrating.

"Glad they deliver to my neighborhood"
I was happy to see they actually deliver to my area, because a lot of wine sites don’t. I mean, I was, well, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the order showed up without much hassle and the tracking was decent. It did take a little longer than I thought it would, but overall it was fine. Really nice having a kosher wine option that can actually make it to my neighborhood

"Age check was a total pain"
I tried ordering from kosherwine.com, the age verification process was ridiculous. It kept messing up and made me redo it more than once, which is just annoying when all I’m trying to do is buy a bottle of wine. The rest of the site seemed fine, but whoever set up that age check really needs to fix it because it completely ruined the experience for me

I placed an order for local pickup from kosherwine.com, and the wine itself was ready with everything included, so no complaints there. I guess I expected the pickup process to be a little more straightforward, but the instructions weren’t totally clear and I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would. "Easy to Trust for Kosher Wine"
I’ve been ordering from Kosher Wine because I don’t have to second-guess the kosher details. The certifications are easy to find and clear enough, which makes a big difference when you’re buying wine online. "Refund was more hassle than it should’ve been"
The return took way too long, and I had to keep chasing them just to get my refund. They kept saying it would be sorted out, but it never happened when they said it would. it was frustrating and not a great experience.
